Life can be a lot. Between the constant demands of everyday life, it's easy to spend so much time in our heads that we forget to check in with our bodies.
Neuroad's women's breathwork circles offer a space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by a supportive community of women.
Through trauma-informed, conscious connected breathwork, you'll be guided through an experience that invites emotional release, self-exploration, and a deeper awareness of your mind-body connection.
No previous breathwork experience is needed. Just come as you are.

So, what actually is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
It's a somatic practice that explores the connection between your mind, body, and nervous system through a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern.
We're so used to thinking our way through everything, but sometimes we forget to actually check in with how we're feeling. Breathwork gives us space to do just that.
You might experience emotions, physical sensations, relaxation, or moments of clarity. Every session is different, and there's no right or wrong way to experience it.
A few things to know before joining
Come in comfy clothes, avoid a heavy meal beforehand, and arrive a little early to settle in. No experience needed!
You're always welcome to slow down or pause whenever you need.
Conscious Connected Breathwork can be intense and isn't suitable for everyone, so please review the contraindications in the waiver when you're booking.
Hi, I'm Lorraine! 🤍
I'm a certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, trained with ReWild Breathwork, and the founder of Neuroad.
I first discovered breathwork while navigating feelings of disconnection from my body and emotional overwhelm during my recovery from cancer and my ongoing relationship with disordered eating.
Breathwork completely changed the way I relate to myself, my emotions, and my nervous system. It taught me that sometimes we don't need to think our way through everything. Sometimes we just need space to slow down, feel, and listen to what our bodies are telling us.
Now, I'm passionate about creating that same space for other women.
My hope is that you leave each circle feeling a little more connected to yourself, whatever that looks like for you.
I'd love to breathe with you!
